A Career With Us
Provides managerial oversight to all construction projects. Responsible for the overall direction, administration, completion, and financial outcome of the company. Oversees, directs and manages project teams including facility administration, project coordinators, general contractors and contracted consultants. Responsible for developing project scope, budget and schedule, to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with service area leadership and staff, subcontractors, unions, etc.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Supervise construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. An understanding of the construction business and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment are important for career success. Work experience in the industry is one of the most important requirements for entering this career field. You will be in charge of controlling the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. A single manager might oversee an entire construction project, or multiple managers might oversee specific aspects of a larger project.
Cain Construction Management is now interviewing for an Executive Administrative Assistant with industry knowledge. Expertise with large high-end projects is a huge plus but not required. Some of the responsibilities will include: Coordinating executive meetings, ordering lunch, maintaining daily calendar, answering phones, assisting finance team, providing administrative support to Executive and Engineering Team. A qualified Administrative Assistant will have a professional presentation, strong written and oral communication skills and come with prior experience working for a Construction firm. This position offers growth potential and continuous training.
